◉ Japanese TOYOTA and HONDA: Based on surveys, 28% of Quebecois choose japanese car brands. Those brands offer several types of vehicle designs. They totally capture the hearts of Quebecois. In case of a resale, they show proof of reliability and warranty in value in case of resale. 20% of the people asked had a particular preference for HONDA.
◉ AUDI, TESLA and HYUNDAI : According to the poll's opinion, 12% of Quebecois are won over by these brands. The Dutch brand first, followed by the American brand and then the Korean brand.
◉ BMW, FORD : 11% of buyers are attracted to BMW while 10% choose FORD vehicles.
◉ MAZDA, VOLKSWAGEN, KIA and SUBARU: Only 9% have chosen those brands.
Japanese and Korean brands are the most preferred brands by Quebecois. Nowadays more and more people choose electrical and hybrid vehicles, as well as more ecological vehicles and those with low fuel consumption. The costs at purchase and the future resale value are also a major factor in influencing their choices. The more expensive the car, the less the purchase despite its attractive appearance.
